What is the calendar?

Academic Affairs, Governance & Legal Affairs, IT Services, the Rector's office and the "Supporting and Improving Course Organisation and Management Project" have joined forces to publish this online calendar. It contains all of the key UAL committee dates, along with other useful information such as term dates, public holidays, key religious dates and the graduation and conferment ceremonies, and it is accessible to all members of staff. It is an Outlook calendar and can be opened through your email account and calendar; it can be used to search and list key committee dates and overlap with your personal calendar.

So far about 1800 of you have visited this page. This calendar is the only place where all of the UAL committee dates are together and updated regularly with any changes. We hope that it will be useful as a planning tool.

To access the calendar on a PC please follow these instructions on how to add the 'Committees and Key UAL Dates' Calendar to your mailbox. It only needs to be added once to put it into your Outook.

If you are a Mac user, then please follow these instructions.

If you would like to view the calendar in Outlook Web Access simply go into Public Folders in the lower left pane, click the + sign next to UAL and select the Committees and Key UAL Dates calendar.
